Ongoing Naturopathic Care FAQ
How do I know which package to choose?
If you’ve just started seeing Hannah and are working together on a complex health picture, it’s recommended that you book 60-minute appointments. For shorter check-ins to stay on top of your treatment plan, book a 30min appointment pack.
Is this only for existing clients?
Yes – these packs are only for existing patients of Hannah. If you’re new to the clinic, please book an Introductory Consultation or explore our other packages & bundles.
What’s the difference between a package and booking one appointment?
A single appointment can be a great starting point, but most health concerns benefit from follow-through. Packages are designed for continuity: we can track changes over time, respond to what your body is doing, and refine your plan rather than trying to fit everything into one session.
How far apart are appointments usually?
Most people book their follow-up around 2–3 weeks after the first session, then move into monthly appointments for a few months (depending on what we’re working on). We’ll tailor the timing to your needs, capacity, and goals.
What kinds of health conditions does Hannah treat?
Packages are especially helpful if you’re looking for steady support with things like hormone health, digestion, fertility and preconception, stress and burnout, immune support, or when you’re navigating a new diagnosis and want a clear plan with ongoing check-ins.
Do I need any tests before I book?
No. You can book without any prior testing. If testing is useful, we’ll talk it through together and choose options that make sense for your situation (and your budget). If you already have recent results, you’re welcome to bring them along.
What happens between appointments — do I get support?
You’ll leave each session with clear next steps. If you have a quick question that comes up between appointments, you can contact the clinic and we’ll let you know the best way to handle it (for example, whether it’s something we can answer briefly or whether it’s better covered in a review appointment).
Can I use a package if my schedule is unpredictable?
Yes. We can space sessions in a way that fits your life. If you’re booking around travel, work, or family commitments, choose the package that gives you enough touchpoints to stay supported, even if the timing isn’t perfectly regular.
Are packages available via telehealth?
Yes — all sessions are available via telehealth, Australia-wide. You’ll receive everything you need to join your appointment online.
