Living with endometriosis can feel confusing, exhausting, and isolating. You might have tried different approaches, been dismissed, or felt like you’re piecing things together on your own.
The New Leaf Endo Group is a structured, evidence-based online group program led by naturopath Hannah Boyd. It combines personalised naturopathic care with the consistency and support of a small, committed group.
What this includes:
6 Women.
5 Sessions.
Real Clinical Support
This is our second intake for 2026!
Places are limited to ensure each participant receives meaningful clinical time and individualised guidance. Once spots are filled, enrolments will close.
If there is demand beyond six women, a second group may open. But, this intake will remain intentionally small.
Next intake starts: Friday 7th Aug, 1o/c
Format: Online, live, interactive sessions
Endometriosis affects more than just your pelvis. It often involves multiple systems working together.
This is comprehensive, evidence-informed naturopathic care, delivered in a structured format.
The Endo Group runs as a closed, structured series.
If you are a new patient, you’ll also complete a 30-minute one-on-one intake appointment before the group begins. This ensures Hannah understands your full history prior to your first session.
This means new patients receive 6 sessions total per term.
Real clinical guidance, not generic advice
This is not a webinar series or pre-recorded course.
Each session includes personalised clinical input. You will receive guidance specific to your case within a supportive, confidential group environment.
Group care can be powerful. Many participants find that hearing others’ questions and progress deepens their own understanding.
You’ll benefit from:
Start date: Aug 7th, 1o/c
Frequency: Every 3 weeks on Friday afternoons.
Location: Online via Zoom
Time zone: AEDT
Exact session dates will be provided upon enrolment.
All sessions are live and interactive.
Each session is your naturopathic appointment & these can’t be rescheduled. The magic happens in group consults by consistently turning up.
You need to be there every week to get the most out of the connection and shared support.
$90 per 90-minute group session
Total: $450 for the 5-session series for existing patients or $545 for new patients
New patients will also complete a 30-minute intake appointment before commencement for an additional $95.
Payment options:
As of April 2026, Health fund rebates for Naturopathy have returned, and group consultations are eligible for rebates (check your level of cover with your health fund).

You may be a good fit if:
This program supports gut health, immune balance, inflammation, pain patterns, nervous system regulation, and the broader body-mind picture of endometriosis.
Clarity matters. This group is designed for a specific type of support.
This program may not suit you if:
The strength of this group comes from continuity and shared learning.
Hannah specialises in complex hormone health conditions and has helped hundreds of women reclaim their lives from endometriosis.

You get five live group sessions, held every three weeks, so the whole series runs across roughly 15 weeks. Each session is 90 minutes. If you’re a new patient, you’ll also do a 30 minute one on one intake with Hannah before your first group session.
These are real clinical appointments, not a webinar or pre recorded course. Each session includes personalised input from Hannah, individual check in time, and space for pathology or supplement discussions. You’re getting one on one care inside a group setting, not general information.
Sessions can’t be rescheduled, and continuity is a big part of why this format works. Before you enrol, have a think about whether you can commit to all five dates. If your circumstances mean group care isn’t the right fit right now, our 1:1 consults might suit you better while things settle.
Live, every time. All sessions run interactively over Zoom, so you can ask questions, get feedback in real time, and hear from the rest of the group.
Sessions run in AEDT – thats Sydney time. Exact dates are confirmed once you enrol. And we try and offer the program at different times. We currently have groups on Wed evenings and Friday afternoons.
Yes, this group is designed specifically for women who have a diagnosis of endometriosis or adenomyosis. If you’re still working through diagnosis, get in touch, and we can point you toward the right first step. You don’t need to have had surgery to join this group; if you’ve had ultrasounds or other suspected confirmations of endometriosis, we welcome you to the group!
This particular group isn’t the right fit while you’re actively undergoing IVF or fertility treatment. Those cases need more responsive 1:1 care. Have a look at our fertility support instead, or reach out and we’ll point you in the right direction.
Both. We see women at every stage, from newly diagnosed and overwhelmed, through to those who’ve tried everything and are looking for a different approach. The group is structured so Hannah can tailor guidance to wherever you’re starting from.
That’s completely fine. Plenty of women join us as their first experience with naturopathic care. Hannah will get your full history in your intake appointment before the group begins, so you’re not starting from scratch in session one.
It’s $90 per 90 minute session, $450 total for the five session series if you’re an existing patient, or $545 if you’re new to the clinic. New patients also complete a 30 minute intake appointment for an additional $95 before the group starts.
Yes, you can pay in full or set up a payment plan. Ask us for details when you enrol.
As of April 2026, Health fund rebates for Naturopathy have returned, and group consultations are eligible for rebates (check your level of cover with your health fund).
You’ll book a 30 minute one on one intake with Hannah before the group starts. This is where she gets your full history, so your first group session can focus on moving forward rather than covering the basics.
Endometriosis rarely sits in isolation, so we look at the whole picture. That includes gut health and microbiome balance, immune regulation, chronic inflammation, pain patterns and flares, nervous system stress responses, hormonal rhythms, and the mental and emotional load that comes with living with endo.
Both. Each session includes individual check in time with Hannah alongside the group component, so your specific case gets addressed directly, not folded into a general discussion.
Where relevant, yes. Hannah reviews and adjusts supplement and herbal prescriptions as part of your ongoing care through the program.
Confidentiality is a condition of joining the group, and every participant agrees to it. What’s shared in the group stays in the group.
You’re not required to share more than you’re comfortable with. A lot of participants find that just listening to others navigating similar experiences is valuable on its own, and openness tends to build naturally as the sessions go on.
A maximum of six. It’s kept deliberately small so everyone gets meaningful clinical time with Hannah.
Your GP or gynaecologist focuses on diagnosis, surgical options, and medical management, which are essential parts of endo care. Naturopathic treatment works alongside that, focusing on the underlying drivers, gut health, inflammation, hormonal balance, and nervous system regulation, that influence how you experience symptoms day to day.
Alongside, always. We’re not here to replace your specialist or your medication. Most women in this program are also under the care of a GP or gynaecologist, and we work in support of that, not in competition with it.
Both. We look at pain patterns directly, alongside the longer term picture of inflammation, gut health, and nervous system regulation that tends to influence how flares show up over time.
There’s a growing body of research on diet, inflammation, and the gut microbiome’s role in endometriosis symptoms, alongside longstanding naturopathic frameworks for pain and hormone support. This program draws on both, evidence based research and clinical naturopathic practice, rather than one or the other.
No. Please keep seeing your specialist. This program is designed to complement that care, not stand in for it.
No. You do not need to stop any prescribed medication to join this program. Everyone comes to this group at a different point in their treatment, and naturopathic care is designed to work alongside whatever medical management you’re currently on.
Yes, completely. Stay on whatever your medical team has prescribed. We work with your current treatment, not against it.
Yes. Whether you’re pre surgery, post surgery, or not planning on surgery at all, the program is built around where you’re at right now, not a particular treatment stage.
Yes. Surgery addresses what’s found at the time, but ongoing management of inflammation, gut health, and hormonal balance still matters afterward. Many participants join post surgery for exactly this reason.
Not at all. Some women prefer to start here early, so they have consistent support and a clear framework from the beginning, rather than piecing things together alone.
This program brings structure, consistency, and personalised clinical input together, rather than one off advice. If you’ve been managing alone or bouncing between approaches, that combination is often what’s been missing.
