How it works

  • Book through our online booking system and choose Package 3x Review Appointments with Jacinatha. Book below.
  • This books your first review and charges $450 for all three.
  • You don’t need to book them all at once. We track your remaining credit in our booking system, so book the others when they suit you.
  • Space them to suit your plan. Jac will guide you on timing.

Why are our prices changing?

Nobody loves a price rise, and small businesses don’t love announcing them either, so here’s the straight version.

From 1 October 2026, the Reserve Bank is banning card surcharges on Visa, Mastercard and eftpos. That’s good news for anyone paying at a till. But processing card payments still costs us money, and for a telehealth clinic where nearly everything is paid by card, that cost now has to sit inside our prices rather than being added on separately at checkout.

We thought hard about absorbing it. We can’t do that sustainably as a small clinic, and we’d rather adjust once, openly, than let quality slip or start adding fees later. So from 1st October, Review Appointments with Jacintha will be $159, with no surcharge at checkout.

Nothing about your care changes. Same Jac, same approach. If you’d like to stay on today’s rate, the 3-pack is how.

How do I know which package to choose?

If you’ve just started seeing Jacintha and are working together on a complex health picture, it’s recommended that you book 60-minute appointments.

Yes – these packs are only for existing patients of Jacintha. If you’re new to the clinic, please book an Introductory Consultation or explore our other packages & bundles.

A single appointment can be a great starting point, but most health concerns benefit from follow-through. Packages are designed for continuity: we can track changes over time, respond to what your body is doing, and refine your plan rather than trying to fit everything into one session.

Most people book their follow-up around 2–3 weeks after the first session, then move into monthly appointments for a few months (depending on what we’re working on). We’ll tailor the timing to your needs, capacity, and goals.

Fertility and reproductive health is Jac’s focus, and she supports the whole journey rather than one stage of it. That includes preconception care, support through IVF and other assisted reproduction, care after pregnancy loss, male factor fertility, and support for couples working through it together.

No. You can book without any prior testing. If testing is useful, we’ll talk it through together and choose options that make sense for your situation (and your budget). If you already have recent results, you’re welcome to bring them along.

You’ll leave each session with clear next steps. If you have a quick question that comes up between appointments, you can contact the clinic and we’ll let you know the best way to handle it (for example, whether it’s something we can answer briefly or whether it’s better covered in a review appointment).

Yes. We can space sessions in a way that fits your life. If you’re booking around travel, work, or family commitments, choose the package that gives you enough touchpoints to stay supported, even if the timing isn’t perfectly regular.

Yes — all sessions are available via telehealth, Australia-wide. You’ll receive everything you need to join your appointment online.

Still got questions?

If you’re working on fertility and you’re not sure a pack of reviews is the right next step, start with a Fertility Clarity Call. It’s a 15-minute free chat with Jacintha about where you’re at, what you’ve already tried, and what would actually help, before you commit to anything. No pressure, and no pitch.

You’ll leave with a clearer picture either way.
